Lancaster native Yokima (Cureton) Perez and her husband Jesse established Tacos Olé Inc. in 2016. This authentic Mexican food favorite, which gains its name from the legendary cry of the matador, quickly became a Houston staple on the thriving food truck and restaurant scene. Channeling that bold, confident spirit into every ounce of their food, they craft tacos small in stature but massive in flavor.
