Ready to Apply for leadership lancaster?
This scholarship was created to support young professionals whose employers do not offer tuition reimbursement or funding for the Leadership Lancaster program. Fully funded by the fundraising efforts of the Lancaster County Chamber’s Young Professionals Program, this opportunity allows one selected applicant to participate in the 2025–2026 Leadership Lancaster class at no cost.
Leadership Lancaster begins in November 2025 and runs for seven months, concluding with graduation in May 2026. The scholarship is open to individuals between the ages of 21 and 40 who live or work in Lancaster County. The Chamber’s Young Professionals Committee will select one recipient to receive this scholarship.
Applications will be accepted from August 1 through August 30, and the scholarship winner will be announced on September 12. Please note that the application must be completed in one sitting, as progress cannot be saved and resumed later.
