Since taking on the role in 2021, John has focused on strengthening member engagement, expanding community partnerships, and positioning the Chamber as a trusted resource for local businesses.

A Lancaster County native and retired U.S. Air Force Colonel, John brings over 30 years of leadership experience to the Chamber. He previously served as Deputy Director of Economic Development for Lancaster County and holds advanced degrees in business and strategic studies. He remains active in the community through local boards and civic organizations and is passionate about making Lancaster County a great place to live, work, and do business.
