Chamber Travel Program
The Lancaster County Chamber’s Travel Program is a beloved annual tradition that offers community members the chance to explore exciting destinations around the world—no Chamber membership required! Each year, we partner with a trusted travel agency to curate a seamless group experience to a new location. Past trips have taken us to China, Greece, Italy, Ireland, and in 2025, we’re headed on a breathtaking river cruise down the Seine in France.
To help travelers prepare, the Chamber hosts informational sessions leading up to each trip’s registration deadline, and a final document briefing two weeks prior to departure ensures you’re fully ready to go. Thanks to one of our generous Chamber Champions, secure parking is provided in a private garage, and the group is transported together by motorcoach to and from the airport—making travel day smooth and stress-free.
Group sizes typically range from 25 to 45 travelers, with a wonderful mix of first-time participants and returning adventurers. Whether you come solo or with friends, the Chamber’s Travel Program is a fun, worry-free way to see the world with a great group of people.

The Lancaster County Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the University of South Carolina Lancaster, is proud to announce our 2026 international Chamber Trip plus Study Abroad experience. Departing May 11, 2026, this nine-day trip will experience the breathtaking highlights of England, Scotland, and Wales!
The Chamber’s travel program is a beloved tradition that offers community members the chance to explore exciting destinations around the world. For the first time in our travel program’s history, the Chamber is excited to collaborate with the University of South Carolina Lancaster, to offer their students the opportunity to travel with us as part of their Study Abroad program. The students will be accompanied by a faculty member and study a curriculum designed specifically for this trip.
Through this unique partnership with the University, the Chamber’s travelers may also enroll in the course! The course will begin with an online portion May 4-8, 2026 and then continue during the trip with faculty-led lectures and group discussions. The course allows travelers to deepen their understanding of the history and significance of the sites they will visit on the trip. Those interested in learning more details about the course should contact Dr. Kim Richardson at USC Lancaster at 803-313-7447 or via email at krichard@mailbox.sc.edu.
