Chamber Travel Program
The Lancaster County Chamber’s Travel Program is a beloved annual tradition that offers community members the chance to explore exciting destinations around the world—no Chamber membership required! Each year, we partner with a trusted travel agency (Chamber Explorations) to curate a seamless group experience to a new location. Past trips have taken us to China, Greece, Italy, Ireland, France, and on the horizon England and Italy!
To help travelers prepare, the Chamber hosts informational sessions leading up to each trip’s registration deadline, and a final document briefing two weeks prior to departure ensures you’re fully ready to go. Thanks to one of our generous Chamber Champions, secure parking is provided in a private garage, and the group is transported together by motorcoach to and from the airport—making travel day smooth and stress-free.
Group sizes typically range from 25 to 45 travelers, with a wonderful mix of first-time participants and returning adventurers. Whether you come solo or with friends, the Chamber’s Travel Program is a fun, worry-free way to see the world with a great group of people.

The Lancaster County Chamber of Commerce invites you to experience the beauty, culture, and cuisine of Italy on an unforgettable Culinary Journey Through Tuscany & Florence. This once-in-a-lifetime travel opportunity will immerse guests in the rich traditions of the Tuscan countryside while exploring some of Italy’s most historic and picturesque destinations.
From charming medieval towns and world-renowned vineyards to hands-on culinary experiences and breathtaking landscapes, this journey is designed for travelers who appreciate authentic culture, incredible food, and meaningful travel experiences.
Throughout the trip, participants will discover the heart of Tuscany—one of Italy’s most celebrated regions—known for its rolling hills, olive groves, vineyards, and centuries-old villages. Guests will explore historic cities filled with art, architecture, and culture while enjoying regional cuisine that has made Tuscany famous around the world.
Highlights of the journey include time in the legendary city of Florence, the birthplace of the Renaissance and home to stunning architecture, historic piazzas, and masterpieces of art. Booking Information
Reservations for this tour are handled through Chamber Explorations, the official travel partner for Chamber travel programs.
Deposit
A $600 per person deposit is required to secure your reservation.
Final Payment
Final payment is due 90 days prior to departure.
Booking Discount
Travelers who make their final payment by check prior to the final payment deadline will receive a $200 per couple ($100 per person) booking discount. Previous Chamber travelers also receive a discount!
Optional Rome Extension
Travelers may choose to add an optional Rome Extension to their trip.

No-Risk Deposit Policy
Deposits and Travel Protection payments are fully refundable up to 180 days prior to departure, giving travelers peace of mind when reserving their spot.

Travelers can reserve their seat in one of two ways:

By Reservation Form:
Complete the reservation form and submit it with your deposit payment to Chamber Explorations.
